Days before this week,I watched CCTV,and I noticed a report on Dalin.Jinzhou Distict Government in Dalin deprived farmers' fishing ponds without any compensation.The government input foreign funds to build a golf ground there. When talking about Dalin,those beautiful scenes come to my mind, such as music fountains,citizen squares,lanes beside sea beach,huge grasslands,police women riding horses, ect.
